The IRIS/SCIS 2011 Final Program has been released.
The conference desk is open on Monday 15.8. 18-20 at the conference hotel.
Have a safe trip to Turku!
The conference program will start Tuesday 16.8 10:00 with an openting session and keynote. Lunch is at 12.00.
The conference will close Friday 19.8 at 13:30 with a lunch.
Detailed program will become available in July.
Local transportation in Turku is on your own. From Turku Airport/Harbour/Railway station/Bus station you get to the conference hotel with a Taxi within half an hour and around 30 euros. If using buses, two buses are needed, with a cost of around 2 euros and 1,5 hours of travelling time. Bus to Ruissalo starts from Turku Marketplace.
The conference is planned to start 10:00 at 16.8. and to end 13:30 at Friday 19.8.
Submission period for both conferences is now over. No more applications will be accepted.
Please include information about the SCIS track (social software; intelligent retrieval; cross-cultural IS) on the cover page of your article. Please note also that final accepted papers to SCIS should not exceed 6000 words (including abstract, references and appendices).
